ALMA Cocina & Cultura was created as a project that seeks to highlight local gastronomic culture, placing people and territories at the heart of every experience.
We create proposals that go beyond a simple gastronomic event: we design experiences where cuisine becomes a cultural journey, connecting people with the landscapes, traditions, crafts, and flavors that shape the identity of our country.
Each event is carefully tailored for corporate groups, travelers, and food lovers seeking authentic and memorable experiences. We design proposals for the corporate segment, private celebrations, and specialized gastronomic tourism, adapting each experience to the identity and objectives of our clients.
We work hand in hand, through a research-based and collaborative process, with local producers, chefs, artisans, and winemakers, with the purpose of preserving and showcasing raw ingredients, ancestral recipes, and a curated portfolio of wines that represent the essence of Chile.
